We’ve made a change to our Terms and Conditions we need to tell you about. In response to the covid-19 crisis, we’ve moved out of our original office in North London to go fully remote so have changed our registered address in our T&Cs.

It is not. In March this year, we made the decision to go completely remote in response to the Covid-19 crisis and while we’ve all been working from home we’ve moved out of the original WeSwap HQ in North London.
This move was in motion long before the pandemic, but as we’ve been working at a reduced capacity during the pandemic the hunt for a new HQ was temporarily put on hold.
As the world is starting to move again and we’re slowly but surely ramping back up, the hunt will be back on soon enough and once we’ve settled on a new home we’ll let everyone know.
We’re all still working remotely in kitchens and cafes across the world. As always, we’re monitoring the situation closely. Once we’ve found a new home and we think it’s safe for our staff to return to work, we’ll make an announcement.
We know some of you might have concerns about us working remotely, but we’re as committed as ever to providing you with the best service we can.
However, if you’d like to cancel your WeSwap membership, you can contact us by clicking here and we’ll shut your account and return any funds in your account to you.
Then you don’t have to do anything at all. Just sit tight. We’ll be back at full capacity soon enough, ready to help you with all your holiday needs.
